RESOURCES FOR PROSPECTIVE LEADERS
An SI leader is a student who supports a course that they have successfully completed in the past. Great SI leaders are able to clearly explain or demonstrate various concepts from the course material to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. These leaders facilitate small group discussion and learning activities. Great SI leaders are dependable, organized, and passionate about helping other students succeed.

IMPORTANT DUTIES:
- Attend the lecture each time the class meets (approximately 2.5 hours/week)
- Facilitate hour-long group study sessions (approximately 2-3/week)
- Complete session plans to the SE Team for each SI session
- Track attendance of students in SI sessions using Google Sheets
- Attend mandatory trainings and campus events:
- Student Employee Training
- Pre Semester Training
- Semi-Monthly Meetings
- End of Semester Meeting
- Distribute programmatic surveys to students:
- Mid Semester
- End of Semester
